We are back! And ready for a HUGE 2025 ahead.
Last week our team from across QLD and NSW came together for training, leadership, connection and celebration. We were joined by our Board and members of our Youth Ambassador Council as we reimagined together the impact we can make as a youth mental health organisation. We are determined and committed to supporting young men, building resilience and empathy and reimagining the future of masculinities.
What a team! Big energy, big spirit and big goals ahead.

Young men today are navigating a world that’s more complex than ever. When we sat down with our youth council, we wanted to understand the struggles they see their peers facing today.
From our conversation, a few key themes stood out. They spoke about how many young men don’t know how to open up or express what they’re feeling. They shared that young men often struggle with not having positive role models or people they can truly rely on. And for some, social media and video games become an escape – a way to cope with the challenges they face.
By listening to young men and understanding their challenges, we can help create a future where they feel supported, valued and confident in who they are.
