TERMINOLOGY
“Competition” refers to the Top Blokes Titans Match Competition draw run by Top Blokes Foundation in June 2024.
“Entrant” refers to a user who enters the contest for a chance to win the prize.
“Winner” refers to an entrant who has been announced as a winner and has claimed their prize.
“Prize” refers to
- The contest opens on Saturday, 8 June 2024 at 11:00am AEST and closes on Monday, 10 June 2024 at 9am AEST. No further entries will be collected after this point. The winners of the prizes will be drawn on Tuesday, 11 June 2024 at 12pm AEST.
- One email address is equal to one entry. Only one (1) contest entry per individual is permitted.
- The prize includes –VIP Match Day tour on 9 August 2024 for four people including match tickets, pre-game tour and photo on the field, a signed Titans jersey plus a two night staycation in a two bedroom apartment at Quest Robina next door to the CBus stadium.
- For an entry to be eligible, an individual must complete the Competition Entry form on www.topblokes.org.au/competition/, tick the box to confirm agreement to privacy policy, and provide a valid email address.
- Contest entrants must:
- Be aged 18 or older at the time of contest entry; and
- Be located in Queensland, Australia.
- By entering this competition, the entrant confirms they meet the eligibility criteria and accept these terms and conditions and the Top Blokes privacy policy.
- Employees of Top Blokes Foundation, Titans or any person or organisation associated with the contest and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entries and creation of entries must not include anything illegal or dangerous. Doing so may result in the relevant entries being disqualified from the contest and/or reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- The prizes are subject to the decisions and terms and conditions of the match day organisers. Top Blokes Foundation claims no responsibility for cancellations or revisions, or non-attendance by winners due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the instance that a match is cancelled, revised, or cannot be attended, the prizes will not be exchanged or replaced. The prize does not include travel costs.
- The prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be transferred to another person and you cannot request cash in exchange for the prize.
- Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by Quest and Titans. Terms for Quest Robina – Based on availability at time of booking, Blockout Dates apply (20th December > 20th January), Bring your pets option.
- Upon collection of the prize, identification may be required.
- On the contest draw date (Tuesday 11 June 2024 at 12pm AEST) all contest entry numbers will be added to a random number generator, and one (1) winning email entry will be drawn. The winning entry will be contacted via email and must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days or by Tuesday 18 June 2024. The winner will be published on the competition website and the winner will be emailed details of the prize.
- From Tuesday 11 June 2024, all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, however any prizes that remain unclaimed by Tuesday 18 June 2024 will be forfeited and will go into another random draw with the existing pool of entrants, bar the already-drawn winner. This ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will take place on Wednesday, 19 June 2024 at 12pm (AEST). In this instance, the winner will be contacted on the same day.
- The winner will receive their prize via email. Any issues receiving the prize should be directed to [email protected]
