Governance

At the Top Blokes Foundation, we uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in all our operations.

As a registered charity under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC), we are dedicated to adhering to the ACNC Governance Standards. Our commitment is demonstrated through our annual reporting of activities to the regulator, coupled with a rigorous annual financial audit conducted by HLB Mann Judd.

Our governance is steered by an active and dynamic Board of Directors, collectively driving the achievement of our financial and strategic objectives. Each of our Directors has undergone a thorough assessment as Responsible Persons, diligently fulfilling their required duties.

To further enhance oversight and efficiency, the Board has established two proactive committees that convene monthly: the Finance and Risk Committee, and the Expansion and Growth Committee.

In compliance with all legislative requirements, Top Blokes Foundation is a mandatory reporter, and our team members undergo continuous training to ensure we meet all legislative obligations. Our commitment to proper governance extends beyond compliance, shaping an organisational culture that prioritises accountability, growth, and positive impact.
